hi i have an ipod touch 3rd generation 32gb as seen in photos its working and can be used the only problem is there is no sound unless conected to ear phones docking station or portable speakers which was never a problem for me as it was always on my docking station.slight scuff marks to back of ipod but nothing major.comes with cable for conecting to computer box and earphones.
